| Why I RideBorn and raised in Sweden, Louise came to the U.S. as an exchange student for a track scholarship at the Unversity of Alabama. She currently owns her own business doing masage and physical therapy work. However to most, Lou Kobin is one of endurance racings most recognizable faces; having won the La Ruta Stage Race three times puts her in a league of her own. This year she placed second overall in La Ruta, while taking a Stage Win. Tough as nails, she was also the only women to complete the 2007 Alaska Ultrasport 350, adding another title to her career.
For 2008, Louise looks to add a 4th La Ruta title to her resume as well as some other endurance events. Look for her to mix in some cross country races in the Women's Pro Single Speed class, as well as chase the 2008 N.U.E. Title
